Brick Adventures at Didcot Railway Centre

13th & 14th July

Do you love the brick? Come and celebrate the world's most popular building brick and delight in the displays on show! During your visit, you'll not only have access to 21 acres of Great Western Railway history and unlimited train rides, but in addition, we're supported by The BRICK People, bringing their own flavour of displays and interactive activities including tower building and speed builds.  Compete against others to build the highest tower in the quickest time. Take the anagram trail and find all the characters to receive a reward.

You can also take the challenge in our open build areas and display your own creations for other visitors to see, including a building area for our younger visitors.

You might also see some of our own loco's on display!

Your ticket prices includes everything you'd normally expect from a visit to us, plus all of the displays and activities once you're inside.

Help support Didcot Railway Centre

The Great Western Society, which operates Didcot Railway Centre, is a registered charity which works to maintain the heritage and history of the museum.  As a charity, we can claim Gift Aid on your admission ticket. By GiftAiding, you allow us to claim back some of the tax you pay to the government as a donation to the charity.

Ticking the Gift Aid box at checkout confirms that you are giving us the authorisation to claim Gift Aid on your purchase and that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

Please notify the charity if you:

  • want to cancel this declaration
  • change your name or home address
  • no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
